Pack and Pick-up
Once approved, securely pack the product in its original PRISM+ packaging and accessories to prevent damage during the scheduled courier collection.
Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a brand new replacement unit.
